First opened on 4 July 1927, the Ouray Hot Springs Pool has provided a family oriented place in which to enjoy the pleasures of hot mineral water. The pool features lap swimming lanes, diving, slides, soaking and more. Natural springs provide the hot water which doesn't smell of sulfur as some springs typically do. The 150 degree water is cooled to about 80 to 106 degrees F.
